Starbuck's Portland, Tx officially openned at 12 noon April 3, 2006. My wife got her "Venti Moca 2 raws no whip" and it tasted fine to her. I just buy the beans - grind and make good coffee at home.
I'm an Information Systems Pro (since 1999) I was also for 11 years a club musician (weekend warrior)vocals / lead guitar. My love for Texas is such that I gave up an excellent position, a home and financial security to move back. I was in New England for years- way too cold for a real Texan!

Great to hear a report! Buying your own beans- I didn't know SB did that.
